Widely used for multiple spot welding of various fences, hardware nets, shelves, cages, wire racks, steel plate reinforcement bars, etc.

There are four main types of features:

1. Manual feeding type: Manually place the pre cut wires into the mesh mold, start the welding machine and weld one row in sequence, then manually push the mold to the next row for automatic welding until the complete mesh is completed;

2. Semi automatic feeding type: manually place the pre cut line into the mesh mold, automatically step feed to the welding position and weld a row, then automatically pull the mesh mold to the next welding position and weld it until the complete mesh is completed, and then the mesh mold automatically returns to the original point and takes out the mesh;

3. Automatic dual mode feeding type: Adopting double-layer or series automatic welding fixtures, combined with advanced PLC, human-machine interface, and precision servo motor drive system, continuous feeding and welding are automatically achieved. The machine includes dual modules for alternating welding, and if one is being welded, another wire can be placed simultaneously. So the machine can continue to work to improve production efficiency;
