3000 series aluminum strip is a common product in the aluminum-manganese alloy series. It has excellent anti-rust properties and is also called anti-rust aluminum strip. The 3-series aluminum strip is also called aluminum-manganese alloy aluminum strip. The content of manganese is 1-1.5%. It is a widely used rust-proof aluminum strip.
The strength of 3 series aluminum strip aluminum alloy is higher than that of pure aluminum alloy. Although it cannot be heat treated to strengthen its properties, it has good plasticity after cold working (supercooled mill rolling) and annealing process. Therefore, in the construction and decoration industry, electronic Manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, etc. have a wide range of applications.
3003 series aluminum strip is approximately 20% stronger than 1000 series aluminum.With main element Mn in it,this 3003 aluminum sheet has excellent rust-proof property.3003 aluminum reacts well to mechanical finishing as well as organic finishes.Usually for indoors or wild environment,1000 series is widely used.And 3003 is widely used for outdoor or harsh environment.

3000 series aluminum strip belongs to AL-Mn alloy and is a widely used anti-rust aluminum. It has high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity in semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, medium strength and strong corrosion resistance.
• Good Forming Performance: 3000 series aluminum alloy has good forming performance and is suitable for deep drawing, cold rolling, bending and other processing processes, and can realize the manufacture of various complex shapes.
• Excellent Corrosion Resistance: Due to the addition of alloying elements such as manganese in 3000 series aluminum alloy, it has good corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for environments in contact with acidic substances.
• Good Weldability: 3000 series aluminum alloy is easy to weld and can be connected by common welding methods (such as argon arc welding, resistance welding, etc.), and the welded joints have high strength and good sealing.
• Excellent Conductivity: 3000 series aluminum alloy has good conductivity and is often used in power, electronics and other fields, such as manufacturing cables, wires, and other products.
