Structural Features:

3.The hydraulic driver is adopted to finish base paper lifting, clamping, loosening and centering.

5.The pneumatic brake is adopted for tension control, which can be on-line control with Paper Splicer.
Pre-Heater
Structural Features:
1.Each roller surface is treated with exactly grinding and chrome plating, glorious and durable.
2.Electrically wrap angles adjusting ensures paper pre-heating area within 60-360°.
3.The wrapping angle is controlled by electric, which can change the heated area of the paper on the preheating cylinder. When the steam pressure is on the low side, the heating temperature of the paper can also be guaranteed, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving.
4.The pre-heating roller is professionally produced, conforming to the national safety standard of pressure vessel.
5.The pre-heating roller and paper leading roller are treated with electric plating.
6.Adopts slant gear turbine reducer matching with sprocket to adjust the area of top paper.
7.Wrap angles are electrically adjusted for various papers and speeds
Automatic Splicer
Structural Features:

Bridge
Structural Features:
The tractive part adopts sync independent variable-frequency driver and single facer, which transmits the single side corrugated cardboard fabricated by all single facers to the overbridge, and then send them to N.C single corrugated sheet cutter.
Single Facer Machine
Structural Features:
1.The paper guiding adopts wind adsorption, keeping the stability of flutes under the condition of high speed.
2.The corrugated paper is adsorbed to the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone of 180°and then to finish the rolling of corrugation through the vacuum box by fan
3.The width of suction slot of lower corrugated roller is not more than 2mm, able to reduce the stripe mark on single side corrugated cardboard.
4.The transmission part adopts universal joint transmission and separates the vibration source, which makes the maintainability higher, the transmission more stable and the operation more reliable.
5.The reducer casing adopts oil bath lubrication and closed gear transmission, reducing the vibration of machine.
6.This machine adopts auto-cycle glue supply and pneumatic control glue supply and return, making it be characterized by buffering effect.
7.The glue roller surface is treated with special mesh nicking and chrome-plating.
Automatic Nc cutter & Slitter with Stacker
Structural Features:
1.PLC 999 orders can be stored to achieve auto or manual order change without machine halting, with 10.4 inch LCD master touch screen.
2.Thin blade slitting size servo auto control blade and order changing arrangement.
3.A set of transmission system is added between thin blade slitting and helical blade to form a separated structure, when switching cardboard thickness caused by corrugated tooth-shape size, transmission system eliminates the disadvantages of single-corrugated paper shaft.
4.The thin tungsten steel alloy blade with 8 million meters using life, NC auto sharpening.
5.Each of in & out paper shaft and thin blade shaft has a set of frequency conversion motor drive, all adopt sync belt drive.
6.The helical cutting part is driven by AC servo motor.
7.The upper and lower shaft of cutter is driven by precise gear snap-in, can auto circle oil and cooling, the lower gear is directly connected with servo sync motor, no need of inert gear, which improve the cutting precision.
8.Blade shaft cutting adopts helical cutting, the snap-in position between upper and lower blade can be adjusted by fastening screws.
9.Provide customer with two stacking methods: stacking by height and stacking by sheets, which can be switched at any time according to production needs.
10.Transmission part is designed by 4-section transmission. Phase 1: separate the single corrugators, phase 2: stacking single corrugated cardboard with the shape of flute, phase 3, 4: smooth transmission of single-corrugated cardboard to the stacker.
11.After collection of 800mm wide non-power conveying paper rack and manual bundling and then transport.
12.It can be stacked tidily whatever it’s one piece of paper cut into two, three, four, or even more pieces.
13.The machine is completed by the unified instruction of the programming PLC controller, which realizes the auto counting without stopping the machine, each transmission section is matched with stacking action to form the auto stacking.
