UD Fabric-Soft Armor Polyethylene Fabric Bulletproof Level NIJ IIIA
UD fabric is made of high-strength, high-modulus UHMWPE fiber. The specially formulated base material and 2-12 piles of unidirectional fiber flakes are 90°orthogonally arranged to be compositely processed with resin matrix by a specific process, presenting as a white fiber sheet.

UHMWPE Soft UD Fabric
UHMWPE Soft UD Fabric is composed of multiple layers of uni-directional non-woven fabric, stacked and bonded with thin films after being impregnated with high-strength elastomeric resin. This process results in a fabric that is soft to the touch, low in density, and boasts excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, impact resistance, cut resistance, and high toughness.
UHMWPE Soft UD Fabric is primarily used in applications requiring fine protection, including soft body armor, bulletproof vest, explosion-proof blankets, stab-resistant and cut-resistant clothing linings, and specialized anti-riot facilities for public spaces.
Longkui mainly produces PE UD fabric to be used in soft bulletproof products, for it is soft, comfortable to wear, light-weight, and has firm protection against shooting threats in diverse environments.
