A: We are factory in Dongguan China.
Q2: How much for the samples ?
A:Existing sample can be free for you reference as long as you cost the shipping cost is ok .
Customized sample should paid the related cost first. We will refund the money when your order reaches a certain amount.
Q3: If I need to customize new mold, who pays for it?
A: For our existing mold , you can use them for free.
For new mold, you need to pay the mould cost first. We will refund the mojey when your order reaches a certain amount.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A: One carton for spot products /stocked products.
5000pcs for customized prodcuts ,generally .
Different products have the different MOQ, Exactly information pls. check the product detail or ask our sales people.
Q5: How can we proceed if we need to custom our logo on your existing items?
A: You can send us your logo file or text content if you want to do sticker or print on our existing items (over 5000 sets existing mould for your choice ). The file should be in PDF, AI, EPS format.Then our designer will help you to do simple design and do a free mock up for you to check the effcet.
Q6: Our design or logo how to put on the products ?
A：Different requirement have different process ,such as by Hot stamping , printing , embossing ,UV coating,silk-screen printing ,sticker etc.
Q7: Can you provide OEM &ODM service?
A: Sure. We accept customization from size to pattern. Professional designers can also design tin box for you.
