Chemical molecular formula: mSiO2. nAl2O3. XH2O

Chemically stable, flame-resisting. Insoluble in any solvent except strong alkali or hydroelectric acid. In comparison with fine-pored silica gel, the adsorption capacity of YTH001 silica alumina gel is quite the same when used at low relative humidity, while its adsorption capacity at high humidity is 6-10% higher than that of fine-ported silica gel. Its thermal stability is over 150℃ higher than that of fine-pored silica gel (200 ℃). Ideally suited for use as absorbent and variable- temperature absorbent.

 

Application of Silica Alumina Gel YTH001

Mainly used of separating light hydrocarbon from natural gas, the product can reduce dew point of hydrocarbon to produce natural gas gasoline, drying natural gas at the same time. Add 20% (wt) YTWS002 as the protective layer if water drip exits in separation system. In addition, it can be used as common dryer, catalyst and its carrier, variable –pressure adsorption separation agent (PSA). As variable-temperature adsorption separation agent (TSA) at higher temperature, it performs especially suitable.

Silica Alumina Gel YTWS002, is white spherical particle, and is a waterproof porous silica gel adsorbent. In the case of water content is relatively high, it can effectively protect other adsorbents and catalysts. YAMTOP Silica Alumina Gel YTWS002, has the advantages of not easily broken, wear-resistant, strong adsorption, long service life and good cost performance, can reduce the production cost in practical application.

 

Application of Silica Alumina Gel YTWS002 

a) Has good protective effect on other adsorbents, such as: Molecular Sieve, Activated Alumina, Activated Carbon and other catalyst carriers.

b) Be mainly used in the dry storage of precision instruments and other articles.

c) As air desiccant for heat compressor and fan.

d) Be used for the drying of the air separation equipment.

e) Dehydration and refinement of high purity gas.
