 Description of waterproof coating :

K11 waterproof coating is a water-based waterproof coating made of high-quality modified polymer emulsion and special cement as the main raw materials, adding various additives and fillers through scientific processing, and fully exerts the high flexibility, compactness and Water resistance, shortens the drying time of the paint film, reduces the shrinkage of the paint film, and improves the adhesion between the paint film and the base layer

Features of waterproof coating ::

1 It can be used as a drinking water project, especially suitable for waterproof projects with long-term water ingress

2. It can be used for construction on wet surfaces, with short construction period and convenient operation

3. The coating has high elasticity, strong adhesion and corrosion resistance

4. It has shock resistance, can adapt to the deformation of the base layer, and can play the role of covering cracks and suppressing cracks on the surface

Surface treatment:

1. The surface of the base layer should be kept dense, smooth, free of cracks, oil and dust

2. Cracks and trachoma need to be smoothed with cement mortar, and sharp edges should be removed

3. The corner of the wall should be made into an arc shape with cement mortar and then waterproofed

scope of use

   Widely used in waterproof, anti-seepage and moisture-proof of toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors (floor heating), balconies, basements and openings of doors and windows on exterior walls, swimming pools, drinking pools, drainage and water supply pipes, etc.

  Application method:

1. One bag of liquid material is matched with one bag of powder material. Pour the liquid material into the mixing bucket first, slowly add the powder material while stirring, and stir with an electric mixer until it is uniform, free of particles, and free of agglomerates

2. Wet and saturate the base layer first without clear water. It is advisable to apply 2-3 times of waterproof coating, and the next process can be carried out after each coating film is dry, with an interval of 6-8 hours. After the coating film is dry, the closed water test can be carried out

3. The coating film of the waterproof layer should be 1.5mm-2mm; the method of cross-painting with + characters should be adopted during construction

  Precautions:

1. The construction temperature should be 5-45°C, below O°C or outdoor construction is prohibited in rainy days

2. The prepared slurry should be used within 2 hours, and it is strictly forbidden to add water during the use project;

3. Pay attention to protect the waterproof coating film from damage during the construction process

4. Do not splash into the eyes, if any, rinse with clean water in time, and seek medical attention immediately if you feel unwell.

Transportation:

This product is a non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported as general cargo. When transporting, you should pay attention to antifreeze, rain, exposure and avoid extrusion, collision, and keep the package intact

Shelf life

 stored in a dry and cool environment, antifreeze storage, and the storage temperature is not lower than 5°C. The shelf life is 1 year.
