Y Type Bellows Seal Globe Valve main for steam, hot oil pipeline. It is generally used on pipes that require no flow loss.
Product Description
The Y type globe valve design reduces the flow resistance of the to a minimum. The bellow seal valves non-rotating stem results in lower friction of all moving parts and longer stem packing life.
Why are Y type bellows seal globe valve less popular than normal bellow seal globe valve?
1. They are all bellows seal globe valve bellow seal globe valves with double seals (bellows +padding), normal globe valve only have padding seal. But their body design is different, Y type bellow sealed globe valve body more better for flow control. It has no flow loss,but a little expensive than normal bellow seal globe valve.
2. Disc with scraping effect, so y type globe valve has a longer service life.
3. The inside seals bellows are all made by stainless steel 321, which is more corrosion resistant and have a longer service life.
4. Y type bellow seal globe valves are lighter than normal globe valve in open and off.
