Color Coated Aluminum Stripe

Color coated aluminum strip is a deep-processed aluminum product which is slit from color coated aluminum coil. Classified by alloy type, our color coated aluminum strip is divided into three series: 1000 series, 3000 series and 8000 series:

(1) 1100 color coated aluminum coil is pure aluminum, excellent forming performance, 1100H14 coated aluminum coil is usually used to make rainwater tanks, 1100H12O coated aluminum coil is usually used to make fins, heat exchanger fin tabs.

(2) 3003 color coated aluminum coil is an important alloy in China. The price is cheaper than 3105, and 1100, 1060, 1070 and other alloys are basically the same, but with medium strength, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, very good weldability and good cooling molding. It has better mechanical properties than the 1000 series alloys, especially at high temperatures. Therefore, 3003 aluminized coil is widely used in the construction industry, such as roofing and siding, ceilings, corrugated panels, and has good heating and cooling insulation properties.

(3) 3105 color coated aluminum coil is an aluminum alloy with 98% purity. The additions are very small as far as strength is concerned. Because it contains manganese, its corrosion resistance is very good, and its strength is greater than that of 1000 series alloy. It is widely used in the manufacture of roofing, but its price is almost the same as that of 1000 series alloys.
