Description

First we use of isostatic pressing technology to die casting tungsten powder into tungsten bar, then sintering with high temperature , the density of sintered tungsten bar will reach more than 85% of the theoretical value. it is used to manufacture the diameter around 3 mm tungsten bars by Rotary forging method. Then further use mold stretching method produce different diameter of tungsten wire.

When the diameter of the tungsten wire reach micron level, use conventional caliper is difficult to accurately measure its diameter, when the diameter of tungsten wire less than 0.2 mm, usually use the weight of 200 mm wire segments to indicate diameter of wire. Such as the diameter of the 15W incandescent light tungsten wire can be represented by 0.679 mg / 200 mm.

Application

For the majority tungsten wire is used for making all kinds of the filament of an incandescent lamp and halogen tungsten lamp and gas discharge electrode. A small amount of materials used for high temperature furnace heating, vacuum tube heat and composites reinforced wire.

Coil wire: After the wind and parcel with pearl cotton(expandable polyethylene), then packed in wooden cases.

Straight wire: Pack the tungsten wire in plastic bags and put in plastic straight barrel, then packed in wooden cases.
