Principle

Snow cleaning is by controlling the pressure and temperature of CO2,According to the J-T effect, a three-phase jet flow of gas, liquid and solid is generated,To achieve the effect of removing solid surface particles.The Suncenter CO2 pressurization system is driven by compressed air, it pressurizes the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid CO2 and supplies it to the dry ice granulator. The granulator generates dry ice pellets, which are sprayed to the surface or inside of the cleaned object at high speed through the jetting module. The dry ice will be vaporized instantaneously, so as to clear the dirt or burr of the object.
