It comes with nesting software for efficient pipe cutting, enabling common edge cutting to save time and materials while facilitating seamless tailor welding.

Configuration

1. Bevel system + professional bevel cutting head; professional pipe cutting system comes with nesting software; realize common edge cutting, save time and material, seamless tailor welding.

The bed adopts welded structure, which is rough machined after annealing, then subjected to vibration aging treatment, and then finished, which can completely eliminate the stress of welding and processing, with good rigidity, high precision, and can be used without deformation for a long time;

2. Bevel cutting meets the one-time forming requirements of different types of bevels such as V, X, and Y. Imported bevel cutting components and five-axis CNC system are adopted, and high-strength aluminum alloy casting swing arms are selected; various applications can be operated by cutting or welding processing units; alternatively, a pivot version with higher torque is available for welding applications.

3. Automatic clamping, double chucks, self-centering dual power chucks, ensure the flatness and feeding accuracy of long pipes when they are clamped, special high-pressure gas pipe slag removal device, after the pipe is cut, the inner wall is smooth, no need for secondary processing.

4. X, Y, Z linear axes and A, B rotary axes all adopt high-resolution, high-precision, high-torque servo motors, high precision, high speed, high torque, large inertia, stable and durable performance, ensuring the high speed and Acceleration;
