The heavy-duty thermal-isolated hollow bed is constructed using top-quality steel plates and pipes. Following the welding process, stress relief annealing and a secondary aging treatment are performed, along with precise machining using an ultra-large gantry milling machine, all of which guarantee the bed's exceptional structural stability and shock resistance. As a result of these measures, the bed remains free from deformation even with prolonged use, thereby enhancing the equipment's overall lifespan.
The beam body adopts an integrated tensile beam, and the aviation aluminum lightweight gantry design realizes lightness and at the same time meets the rigidity requirements. The high-speed running inertia is small, the speed and acceleration can be switched freely, the action response is sensitive, and the control is precise.
The dust removal channel and the cutting area adopt a partition dust removal design, and the smoke is accurately removed as the machine moves. Equipped with a large air volume dust removal and filtration system, it can filter out harmful gases, smog, and dust thoroughly, which is green and environmentally friendly.
The laser cutting head has fine adjustment, high flexibility, good sealing, and good cutting quality. It can quickly perforate and complete plate cutting of different thicknesses and materials.
