Application Introduction,
This CNC press brake uses the tools (standard or special tools) to bend metal sheet into workpieces of various geometric cross-section shapes.
It is a sheet metal forming machine designed for cold rolling sheet metal processing.
It is widely used in sheet metal bending, such as automobile, aircraft manufacturing, light industry, shipbuilding, container, elevator, railway vehicles and other industries.
Principe and Features of the machine:
1,Structure of Press Brake:
1) Complete steel-welded structure; left and right houses, working table and cylinder base are welded into a whole frame.
2) After welding, the internal stress is eliminated by tempering, so the whole steel is strong and the stability is good.
2) ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine and the precision.
2, Hydraulic system:
1) Integrated control system imported from Rexroth Germany;
2) Decrease the installation of pipelines;
3) Ensure the working stability and better appearance.
3, Main oil cylinders:
1) Closed loop control mode:Germany electro-hydraulic servo valve and imported grating ruler;
2) High-frequency hydraulic control technology, faster, more efficient and accurate.
3) Totally different from traditional mechanical stop bending machines;
4) High precision of the glide position and bending;
5) Accurate and stable operation
4, Back gauge:
1) High quality ball screw and linear guider to ensure the stopping precision.
2) More functional multi-axis blocking is available according to customer's requirement.
3) Standard 2 sets of fingers mounted in Linear guider installed on back gauge beam, as to complex shapes work pieces, 4 or 5 fingers back gauge system and corresponding dies are available for your choose.
5, Body two sides:
1) C shaped plates are fitted on both sides;
2) The high precision Grating ruler is on the C shaped plates;
3) Avoid the influences on bending precision arising from distortion of machine body during bending process.
6, CNC controller:
1) All actions (X,R,Z axes running) of the Back-gauge stopper by CNC system;
2) The stroke of Ram are controlled by CNC system
3) The hydraulic system flowing and pressure are controlled by CNC system
4) The adjustment of deflection compensation are controlled by CNC system
5) All operations are convenient and quick.

The CNC Press brake use fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control,
Ram position signals can be feedback to CNC system by two sides Sensor Ruler,
then CNC controller DA66T adjusts the oil flowing amount by changing the opening size of synchronous valve
, hereby controlling the ram Y1, Y2 running on the same level, maintaining the parallel state of the worktable.
