Product Description
YS1508152V1 is a 15.0 inch viewing area diagonally PCAP touch screen digitizer. Its resolution is 1024x768 with 4:3 aspect ratio, matching industrial grade TFT-LCD, like DV150X0M-N10, G150XTN06.0, G150XNE-L03, and etc. The touchscreen digitizer is USB interface, with the controller board ILI2511 connecting to the touch via FPC tail and connecting to the computer via 5V USB cable. USB interface communication is plug-and-play, compatible with Windows, Android, and Linux operating systems. Regarding the layers, it is glass-on-glass structure. The strengthened cover glass is optically bonded on the projected capacitive touchscreen sensor. The transmittance is above 86% and the surface hardness is above 6h pencil hardness.

YS1508152V1 is our standard 15 inch projected capacitive touch screen overlay. We usually have some stock available. And for 15 inch display panels, they are often designed for industrial devices. The PCAP touch is also designed to match those industrial grade TFT-LCD panels with aspect ratio 4:3. And the cover is bigger than the display panel outline, which is designed as fixing area for laminating the touch to the enclosure or glue to the enclosure. Regarding the assemblage of the touch to the TFT-LCD panel, we provide both optical bonding and tape bonding technologies for option. Simply speaking, tape bonding has an air-gap between the touc hand display, while optical bonding is the whole surface of the touch and display and laminated together. Therefore, opitcal bonding has less light reflection casued by the air gap.
