Straight boom lift configurations

• The telescopic boom and oil cylinder are provided with dust-proof sheath, which can effectively prevent dust from entering.

• The smooth shape design makes it difficult for the boom and chassis to store sand and dust.

• The long angle sensor can monitor the length and angle of the boom in real time.

• The protection level of the electrical system is above IP65. The horizontal extension operation range of the machine is large, and self-propelled lifts can also continuously complete high-altitude operation within a certain range.

• There are two and four wheel drive, two and four wheel steering configurations. Especially suitable for shipbuilding, ship repair, building construction, steel structure installation, bridge construction, etc.

 

Straight boom lift uses: GTBZ type hydraulic aerial work platform is used for up and down control and electric lifting. This aerial lifting platform is small, flexible, convenient and fast. 

This series of hydraulic aerial platforms are widely used for lifting operations in municipal, electric power, street lamps, highways, docks, advertisements, gardens, residential property, factories, mining enterprises, workshops and other industries.

 

Straight boom lift features

(1)Large bearing capacity.

The whole machine structure is designed by finite element analysis; The telescopic boom and other key parts are made of high-strength steel, and the stability of the whole machine is analyzed by means of dynamic simulation

The digital double sensor detection loop is used to automatically detect and precisely control the amplitude, load and height of the operation, so that the straight boom manlift can give full play to its effectiveness and creatively increase the carrying capacity to 480kg, which is stronger than the foreign products of the same model; For example, the bearing capacity of the S-80 and S-100 of Guinness is 272kg and 340kg respectively.

 

(2)The patented sleeve type drag chain mechanism.

The high pressure oil pipes and cables connected between the platform and the turntable are easily disturbed or broken due to the deflection deformation of the boom and the excessive deflection of the cantilever drag chain mechanism itself.

The drag chain mechanism of this project adopts the patented technology of Felici - sleeve type drag chain mechanism, which ensures the safety and stability of the electrical and hydraulic systems during the telescopic process of the boom.

 

(3)PLC and CAN bus control.

One industrial controller is installed on the underframe, turntable and platform respectively. The protection grade of these controllers is IP65. At the same time, advanced CAN bus control is adopted, which has simple circuit and good reliability; Simple maintenance and fault diagnosis.

 

(4)A patented weighing device.

The weighing device can accurately weigh the workload of the workbench and automatically divide it into various load levels. The maximum load can reach 480kg. The weighing device is not affected by the position of the load on the platform, and the normal operation of the mobile aerial platform is prevented from being affected by misjudgment.

 

(5)Automatic transmission, alarm and cut-off functions.

Because different weights can allow different operating ranges, when the operating range reaches or exceeds 80% of the corresponding allowable range, all operating speeds will automatically and continuously decrease, and there will be buzzer and flash alarm.

The closer to the dangerous position, the faster the alarm. When the working range reaches 100% of the allowable range, all actions in dangerous directions will be stopped automatically.

 

(6)Multi weight range limiting function (moment limiter)

The automatic amplitude limiter automatically detects the arm length, elevation and other parameters, reads the weight data of the weighing device, and compares it with the reference data to achieve the working amplitude limitation and ensure the safety during working.

According to the different load capacities in different ranges, the two load capacities can be limited. When the load capacity exceeds the allowable value in a certain range, the action can also be automatically limited.

 

(7)Electronic leveling

The leveling of the lifting platform relies on the leveling controller to detect the angle of the straight man lift relative to the plumb line, and the output signal controls the leveling proportional valve to achieve automatic leveling, with high leveling accuracy and good reliability.

 

(8)High security.

Dual sensor and dual electrical circuit functions are set; The emergency power unit ensures that the vehicle can be collected in time even if the engine fails.

 

(9)Anti misoperation function.

Prevent the engine from restarting when it is started, and protect the starter and flywheel gear ring; When the platform amplitude and height reach a certain value, the driving speed and boom motion speed will be automatically limited, even if the engine is at a high speed.
