ERW tube mill can be also called high frequency welded pipe mill. It is the special equipment for producing welded steel pipe and profile pipe for industries such as metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, vehicles and so on. Taking cold or hot-rolled steel as raw materials, through cold-formed and high-frequency welding method to produce the round pipe, square pipe , rectangle pipe,oval pipe and other special shape tubes. 

Production flow of ERW Tube Mill:

Steel tape -- double-head uncoiler --strip-head cutter and welder -- horizontal spiral accumulator -- forming machine (flattening unit + main driving unit + forming unit + guide unit + high frequency induction welder + squeeze roller) -- de-burr frame -- cooling unit -- sizing unit and straightener -- flying saw under computer control -- run-out table

As we all know It is difficult to form successfully the pipe in large sized with thin-walled or small sized with heavy-walled, which is more difficult than producing the standard pipes in the pipe making field. As the thickness-to-radius ratio is so bigger or smaller, when producing them, it is easy to result of the wave of welding edge or difficult to control the welding respectively so as to influence the welding qualty. According to the above situation, we hammered and designed the ERW tube mill with new special pass and stand distribution to guarantee the forming steadily by lots of test and practice. So that the customer can produce the qualified pipe.
