Product Description
Heat resistant conveyor belts are highly resistant to hot material such as conveying hot clinker, sintering materials, chemicals, cement, steel or sand. Abundant range of products are available, depending on the temperature and the materials to be conveyed, with heat resistances ranging from 100 - 180°C.
Heat resistant conveyor belts are highly resistant to hot material such as conveying hot clinker, sintering materials, chemicals, cement, steel or sand. The carcass of the conveyor belt is manufactured from polyamide/polyester (EP). Cover rubber of this conveyor belts uses EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber that has very good high temperature resistance. Tongda® heat resistant conveyor belts are able to convey material with a temperature of 180°C .
Heat resistant conveyor belt can be divided into four types according to working temperature range:

T1 type, T2 type, T3 type, T4 type. T1 products have good heat resistance and long service life; T2 products have good adhesion between layers, and will not cause delamination due to heat; T3 and T4 products can work for a long time under the condition of occasional red material, and this is the case at high temperature. The service life of the conveyor belt is greatly improved than that of the general heat-resistant belt.

1. Covering glue with high heat and abrasion resistance
2. Prevents cracking or hardening of the belt surface due to high temperatures
3. Special heat treatment to minimize tape core shrinkage due to thermal aging
4. High strength, thin belt body and light weight;
5. Use EP dipped canvas as skeleton material;
6. The belt body is soft, with good groove formation and good elasticity;
7. It is suitable for material transportation with large load, high speed and medium and long distance;
8. It runs smoothly and does not deviate.
