PVC foam board mainly uses polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main component and is foamed and extruded by high-temperature equipment.

PVC foam board is a recyclable, non-toxic, odorless and multi-functional board with a wide range of uses. Due to its excellent waterproof properties, it can be used in damp or high-humidity areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. PVC foam board is widely used in manufacturing kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and wardrobes. PVC foam board has a variety of processing methods, and can be easily sawed, CNC cut, drilled, thermoformed, painted, and printed.

Our factory has 4 PVC foam board extrusion lines, which can produce PVC foam boards that meet the requirements. We also have a PUR flat sheet laminating machine that can laminate PVC wood grain film and any other color on the surface of the board. Meet the various needs of customers.
