1. Advantages of PVC pipes in fish farming

1) Large-scale farms such as mariculture and freshwater aquaculture generally use Φ20-Φ315 pipes, of which Φ110-Φ200 main pipes are more commonly used. According to engineering conditions, generally choose a pipeline with a pressure rating of 0.63MPa or 1.0MPa.
2) Ornamental fish breeding and fish tank pipes in large supermarkets generally use Φ20-Φ63 small-diameter pipes.
Processing modifiers can promote the plasticization of primary particles of PVC pipes, reduce the plasticization temperature, and weaken the adverse effects of external lubricants. Adding an appropriate amount of ACR processing aid can shorten the plasticizing time, improve the plasticizing efficiency, avoid melt fracture, improve the smoothness of the product, and make the product have good appearance quality and mechanical properties. ACR is a processing modifier that also provides some impact resistance. If it is added in excess, the shear friction heat will be greater, the material will be over-plasticized, the product will turn yellow, and the tensile yield strength will decrease.
Lubricants can be divided into internal lubricants and external lubricants according to their functions. Generally speaking, the internal lubricant has better compatibility with PVC pipes and PVC, and it can enter between PVC molecules, thereby reducing the force between PVC molecules. Promote the plasticization of PVC, the compatibility between the external lubricant and PVC is poor, it can reduce the friction between the material and the equipment, improve the fluidity, and promote the plasticization of PVC.
