Kitchen range hoods move all heat, fumes, oil, grease, odours out of the building through ductwork and exhaust fans. The Kitchen Exhaust Ozone Generator is installed in a false compartment and the oxidant is delivered to the exhaust pipe using a special flexible ¼” pipe. The Kitchen Exhaust Ozone Generator's high concentration of oxidant is mixed into the exhaust gas, oxidizing oil and grease aerosols into moisture, carbon dioxide and fines Dust, then exits the kitchen pipes. This oxidizes other VOCs, toxic fumes and odors within 4 to 5 seconds.
The operation of the unit is automatic and takes a signal from the exhaust fan, so it starts automatically when the fan starts and goes to standby when the airflow stops.
1. Prevents microbial contamination by killing bacteria, mold, fungi, spores, viruses and all harmful microorganisms.
2. Destroys oil, solids, grease and other contaminants and keeps exhaust pipes clean. Thereby reducing the risk of fire in the pipeline works.
